ABOUT

Meet the Artist

I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I Moved to Chicago, IL in 2019 and have been happily making art as a living. I love doing portraits, flowers, foliage, with a hint of surreal and a dash of fairytale-like tone. I have been tattooing for over 5 years and I find a lot of purpose in my career. I love seeing patrons connecting with my artwork in their homes, & Clients who come in for tattoos can appreciate their permanent work for as long as they live. I do not consider my artwork to be separate from my tattoos, I value my duality and hope that I can continue to contribute in the evolution between tattooing & fine art.

A little bit more about me!

Here, you can get to know me as a person, and below this is another FAQ to get to know me as an artist.

How old are you?

I’m a 90’s baby so old enough to get flattered if the bartender asks to see ID.

What are your hobbies?

I really enjoy watching movies, binging a series, running, cooking, planning my next trip, and playing with my dogs!

Fave food & drink

I love anything noodles and fries! My favorite noodles have to be the spicy garlic miso from Ramen Wasabi (logan square) and the best drink I ever had was a Pornstar Martini from A hotel bar (Estherea Hotel) in Amsterdam! A classic margarita on the rocks is a close second.

What Kind of Pets do you have?

I have two awesome, rambunctious fur babies. They are both mutts, but one of them is half Husky and the other is half hound. Most days, I’m struggling to take their fur off my clothes, regardless of how recently they were washed.

Favorite Movies/shows

I love Pearl, EEAAO, Godzilla Minus 1, Parks and Rec, and any anime that comes from Trigger!

What kind of person are you?

Admittedly, I am kind of shy. But I love to listen and take in the people that I meet. Everyone lives in their own world, I’m down to listen to your personal gossip and I’m also down to just quietly focus on your piece. As much as I enjoy a nice chat- I don’t like putting pressure to conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions

About Tattoos

What is my preferred method of contact?

I truly mean this, its dealers choice! Email, contact form, shop phone, walk in. If you were to ask me what is the simplest for me, its probably emails with avg reply time 1-5 days depending on how busy I am. The fastest is phone or walk-in. Your comfort is preferred, so I understand most clients want something a little bit more planned.

I sent you a DM on Instagram, why haven’t you replied?

There are two methods of contact I don’t do, and that’s text/DM. If you Tag me, SOMETIMES I see it. Sometimes I miss the notification, and its a bummer, but I can be tech illiterate when I’ve got a lot on my plate.(don’t get me wrong, I love being busy!) I appreciate follow up emails on how your tattoo is doing/healed pics!

What is your schedule?

Thursdays-Sundays : 12pm-6pm (walk-in availability)
Tuesdays-Wednesdays : Appointment Only (these are my studio days)
Mondays Off

Touch-up Info

A tattoo done by me can be touched up for free. If your tattoo needs one, please try to book within 2 weeks to 6 months of getting it done. Adding elements to a tattoo that wasn’t discussed in the initial consultation is a separate price (EX: adding color or symbol, etc.)
I am usually open touch up on a tattoo done by another artist- but this will cost you and most artist touch up their work for free. If you are still comfortable with them, I suggest reaching out to them first!

You haven’t replied to my email?

My sincerest apologies if I made you feel ghosted. I really appreciate all of my current and potential clients- Like I mentioned before, I can be tech illiterate and miss some things in my email. Please send me a follow up email or phone call if you have not heard from me . I WANNA WORK WITH YOU!
